Welcome to
Rezina Kelly Consulting Ltd

I have 20 years tangible experience of working with some of the most vulnerable children in West Yorkshire. I can help you to meet the wellbeing needs of your staff, so that they can subsequently provide genuine inclusion to help all children succeed.

Staff wellbeing is paramount, and will help your school or setting best meet the needs of the children you work with,  I can provide support, coaching and training to maximise your wellbeing culture. If you would like to increase knowledge around the impact of early adversity, developmental trauma or disrupted attachments on your children, I can deliver training to Senior Leadership Teams, Designated Teachers, or the whole school or setting. If you are seeking an education consultant to offer you safeguarding advice, support, training or audits, I can provide this. I can be an independent, 'critical friend' to support with an investigation or complaint, and I have significant experience in this area.

Or if there is something more bespoke to you that I have not mentioned here, then you have come to the right place. I am adept at building rapport, developing open, honest and professional working relationships and I am flexible and solution focused.

Please feel free to contact me with any queries and I will be more than happy to discuss your needs and ideas.
